Shipping & Delivery

Orders (in stock) are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment.  If an order is not in stock, we will order the product and contact the customer on lead-time. We may, at our discretion, ship a product from a manufacturer’s warehouse to the customer. Delivery times may vary, depending on carrier routing and delivery schedules. Imported items are subject to longer transport times due to customs and brokerage handling. However, we will provide tracking information upon request once available.

Denson Commercial Food Equipment ships at reduced freight rate costs as we have several reduced rate agreements in place. All purchases are subject to shipping and freight fees, which may include handling fees and crating.

Delivery is to the customer’s location, unless otherwise stated. Any additional cost to move equipment will be at the customer's expense. We inspect and ship all products in new condition as provided from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. We strive to package every item with care so you the customer get products in mint condition.

We require a signed delivery receipt on all orders over $100.00. The customer or agent receiving the goods will be responsible for inspection of goods at time of delivery. All damages and shortages must be written on the bill at time of delivery. Shipments that look damaged must be inspected with the carrier at time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading.

We cannot accept liability for concealed damage, visual damage, loss of product due to package damage, or for damage after the product has been received. Your signature signifies that you accept the product as is unless otherwise noted on bill of lading. Any claims are the responsibility of the recipient.

Denson Commercial can assist the recipient with proper procedures to follow as needed in processing a claim.

Returns & Replacements
All refunds are subject to approval and must have written authorization for return.  The customer will be responsible for packing and shipping costs to ensure the safe return of goods. All items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection prior to refund. Restocking fees of 25% may apply.
